Specialist Paralegal Training, presented in Scotland in association with the University of Strathclyde, is Scotland’s foremost paralegal training programme with over 4,000 graduates. Training is provided via face to face and distance learning methods of study. In January 2007, the training programme was launched throughout the rest of the UK in association with the University of West of England, Bristol.

The Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test (QLTT) is the conversion test that enables solicitors from other jurisdictions to qualify in England and Wales. CLT Scotland is the only provider currently offering test sittings in Scotland. Tuition is available by home study.

The CLT Membership Scheme entitles members to substantial discounts on all of the training and services we provide. Membership lasts for one year from the date of the first event attended. Firm members can send an unlimited number of delegates to CLT events at discounted rates, and individual membership schemes are also available.
