The role itself is also very exhilarating. For our Chage International client, as a Corporate Lawyer in this successful practice you will be responsible far advising an esteemed client portfolio on a variety of legal issues such as Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Re-structuring and Transaction Services. You will work closely with these firms and provide a high level of service at all times. Furthermore you will also work closely with the Partners to provide input on business development and the progress of your projects. You can also expect to gain further exposure to international financing deals.

Requirements:

• Affiliation with a Legal Bar is essential
• 3 + years post qualification working practice in a top/mid tier law firm
• Educated to degree level LLM/LLB
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English is essential and other languages, in particular Russian and German or French would be beneficial
