Private Client Paralegal (Job no longer available in the system)

A Private Client Paralegal is required to join this well-known firm in Edinburgh.

You will be responsible for you own caseload, dealing with all aspects of work under the Adults with Incapacity (Scotland) Act 2000 including intervention orders, guardianship applications, Access to Funds Applications, Powers of Attorney and general preparation of wills and executry work as required.

To be considered you will have had some private client experience gained ideally as a paralegal, however candidates who are keen to learn and have a genuine interest in this area are welcome to apply if they have completed or about to complete the Paralegal Certificate in Wills, Trusts & Executries.
