Biggart Baillie has recruited Paul Warner from Glasgow City Council as an associate in the firm's commercial property department.

Warner has 20 years experience with Glasgow City Council, working on large scale urban regeneration projects.  The firm said Warner would be working closely with colleagues in both the firm's commercial property and infrastructure, environment and transport departments to further develop the firm's public sector and projects practice.
