Terra Firma's O'Rourke joins University thinktank

Terra Firma Chambers member Stephen O’Rourke has joined Edinburgh Law School’s new Centre for Commercial Law.

Existing members include Lord Bingham of Cornhill, Professor Douglas Brodie and Dr Niamh Nic Shuibhne, both of the Law School, and Dundas & Wilson’s construction expert Lindy Patterson.

The Centre's objective is to encourage research in Scottish, British and European commercial law and to promote excellence in the teaching of commercial law. The members conduct research in various fields of commercial law including company law, banking law, labour law, agency law and consumer protection law.
