Following a hearing taking place today (Thursday) the High Court will issue a decision at 10.15a.m tomorrow to confirm whether Abdelbaset Ali Mohmad Al Megrahi will be granted interim liberation.
His agents have applied for bail following Megrahi's cancer diagnosis.
The Lord Justice General, The Rt Hon Lord Hamilton will sit with The Rt Hon Lord Kingarth and The Rt Hon Lord Wheatley.
