The Judicial Appointments Board have appointed advocate and verteran of the ICT in the Hague as a part time Sheriff.
Announcing the appointment, the Scottish Government said that McCall was working with the United Nations in The Hague as a Senior Lawyer, representing the Office of the Prosecutor in cases before the Appeals Chamber of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia. She then returned to Scotland to take up an appointment as a part-time commissioner with the Scottish Human Rights Commission and to return to practice at the Bar.
