Another Scottish law firm has taken a major step by embracing on-site outsourcing, in an attempt to increase customer satisfaction.
Lindsays has appointed Docuserve, which already handles the administration teams at law firm Henderson Boyd Jackson, to take over its administration. Lindsays sees the new service as an important part of its own expansion. The partnership has grown by 50 per cent since December 2002 and currently has 19 partners.
David Reith, Board Partner at the firm said: “We took the decision that as we were continuing to grow we needed to be more streamlined. We wanted our service to clients to be slicker, and Docuserve is part of this.”
