The Faculty of Advocates Family Association will hold a conference in early March, with Lord Malcolm as keynote speaker at the event.

The Family Law Conference 2009 will be held by on Monday March 2 and is to be chaired by Morag Wise QC at the Mackenzie Building, High Street, Edinburgh.

Other speakers are advocates David Jack, Isabella Ennis, Robert Hayhow and Kate Dowdalls who will look at the law on cohabitation, adoption, financial provision on divorce and international child abduction.

A panel of advocates including Michael Stuart, Ruth Innes and Kirsty Malcolm will form a discussion panel and answer questions from the floor.
