Harper Macleod has launched a specialist Retail Practice Group to cater for a reported increase in demand for services from the firm’s retail clients.

The formation of the group is linked to the arrival of practitioner David Kaye to the firm.

“The firm has a great deal of accumulated experience and an extensive retail client base. The arrival of David Kaye who has substantial knowledge and a great deal of respect in the retail industry makes the launch of the Retail Practice Group a natural
progression for the firm and will position us as one of the premier legal providers in the sector,” said firm chairman Lorne Crerar.
