Hunters, which is part of the PSM Law Group, is to open a new property office in Falkirk in the next stage of the company’s growth strategy.
The arrival of the firm in Falkirk reinforces the town’s reputation as an increasingly sought after area to relocate to and its importance as a commuter town between Edinburgh and Glasgow.
The new office for Hunters, which already has offices in Edinburgh and Dunfermline, will be headed up by two of Scotland’s most respected estate agents, Duncan Ferguson and Kate Fisher.
Matthew Gray, Group Property Director with Hunters, said: “We have exciting plans to grow and develop Hunters and the new office in Falkirk will, hopefully, soon be followed by the opening of other property shops elsewhere. We have a number of sites in mind across the Central Belt and are looking to firm up our plans for these in the near future.”
The new Hunters office will offer a complete one-stop shop to property, with conveyancing services supplied by PSM-MooreMarshall, which was formed by the merger of PSM Law Group and MooreMarshall.
