Dundas & Wilson has appointed one of London’s most experienced lawyers as a consultant to focus on growing the firm’s London presence.
Edwin Godfrey joins the D&W London team from Simmons & Simmons, where he spent 32 years in roles such as Head of the Commercial Group, Head of Major Projects and also an International Managing Partner.
His key task at D&W will be to strengthen the London team’s projects and commercial contracts capability. Godfrey commented: “I am relishing the fresh challenges that joining D&W will provide. I believe there are excellent opportunities for exploiting the synergies between my own experience and the reputation and client base of D&W.”
