DLA Real Estate Partner Bill Ferrie has been appointed as Chairman for the British Council for Offices’ (BCO) Scottish chapter.
He takes over the post from Ryden’s Charles Guest.
The BCO aims to promote best practice in the office sector through research, development and communication and provides a forum for debate on this important sector of the property market.
Ferrie will now become a member of the Board of Management and Management Executive and he will represent the Scottish perspective within the national picture. He will also look to attract new members.
