Norman Drummond, founder and chairman of Columba 1400, Community and International Leadership Centres at Staffin on the Isle of Skye and at Ardoch on Loch Lomond, has been invited to speak at Tods Murray's Third Sector Forum next month.
He has been asked to discuss the role of leadership in challenging times, and plans to "highlight the qualities required by today’s leaders, and discuss who looks after the leader whilst he or she is looking after the organisation."
“Norman’s insight into the importance of leadership in companies and organisations is unparalleled," said Richard Findlay, partner and Head of the Charity Law Team at Tods Murray.
“With Third Sector organisations facing tough times and a challenging landscape, it’s more important than ever for organisations to understand and harness the benefits of good leadership and I am personally delighted that Norman Drummond has agreed to speak at our next Forum.”
