Anderson Strathearn is to relocate from its North Castle Street offices, where it has been based for 200 years, to new, larger premises in Edinburgh early in the Summer.
The new offices are located at Rutland Court, right in the heart of the city\'s expanding financial district.
The fitting out of the new offices, which measure 39,000 sq ft, will commence imminently.
Alan Menzies, Chairman of Anderson Strathearn, said: "While the firm has grown steadily over the first 220 years, the last five years have seen such increased expansion of the business that we have outgrown the available space in Castle Street.
"This move offers us the opportunity to brand our own building, it is in the location we want and provides us with a facility offering all the benefits of modern space."
