Law firm Lindsays has poached Dundas & Wilson commercial property partner Ian Paterson to head up its own commercial property group.
Recognised as a leader in his field, Paterson had been with Dundas & Wilson for some 25 years and joined Lindsays in September.
His particular expertise lies in institutional investment, where he has acted for the landlords, developers and owners of several landmark buildings across Scotland, the landlord/tenant relationship and property management.
He is recognised as a leading individual in his area by both Chambers and the Legal 500.
