Shepherd and Wedderburn and youth enterprise charity, The Prince\'s Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT) have joined forces to enable young Scots entrepreneurs to tap into a new online resource which will help them with legal and accounting issues as they set-up and grow their own businesses. The new business information resource is available on the PSYBT website, aimed at young supported PSYBT clients, who can register online to view prepared legal articles or ask pertinent questions relating to their businesses. The site will be managed and run by the PSYBT with input from solicitors at Shepherd and Wedderburn. ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) has also pledged its support in kind and its members will answer questions relating to clients\' accounting issues. The PSYBT, which helps young people aged 18 - 25 set-up and continue in business, has been selected as Shepherd and Wedderburn\'s Annual Charity Partner for the year 2006. As well as donating a healthy sum to the PSYBT revolving load fund, the law firm, which has offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Aberdeen, agreed to fund this new online resource. Suzanne Chaudhry, marketing manager at Shepherd and Wedderburn, commented: \"We are delighted to support this initiative which will provide an invaluable service to new businesses and allow us to forge links with some promising new enterprises.\" Mark Strudwick, PSYBT chief executive, said: \"We are delighted with this new service, which I know will really benefit our clients who are based across Scotland. Legal and financial issues are often an unknown area for the majority of our clients and now they can view questions and answers placed by other entrepreneurs, put forward their own questions and view relevant articles. The more people who visit the site, the better, as the amount allocated to our revolving loan fund by Shepherd and Wedderburn will be directly linked to the number of registrations on the site.\"
