The latest immigration issues are going to be put under the spotlight for Scottish lawyers later this month as Drummond Miller hosts an Immigration Seminar at its Glasgow office. Since the launch of the firm’s Immigration Department in Glasgow in 2002, it has grown substantially and now has a leading reputation in the areas of Immigration, Human Rights Law, Nationality and Asylum. Combined with Drummond Miller’s Edinburgh practice, the Immigration team deals in excess of 1,500 cases per year. The seminar’s speakers will include Advocate Ken Forest, Angus McPherson, Managing Partner at Drummond Miller and an Immigration Solicitor and David Brown who heads up Drummond Miller’s Immigration Team and is a Partner with the Firm. Karen Barre, Immigration Manager at Drummond Miller’s Glasgow office, commented ‘We anticipate that there will be further demand for immigration services in the future and by hosting this seminar we hope to target other organisations in the city that may need assistance in this complex area or may recommend us to their clients’. The seminar will be held on Tuesday 21st March at Drummond Miller\'s Bath Street offices. For further information contact Karen Barre on 0141 332 0086.
