Law firm Lindsays is promoting six members of staff in what it says reflects the ongoing growth of the firm and its commitment to the career development of staff. Fiona Linklater, Susan Law and Gregory Stachura of the Commercial Property group are being promoted to Associate status: Fiona joined Lindsays from DLA initially as a locum, but due to her impressive skills the firm offered her a permanent position and she is now being promoted to Associate status. Susan joined Lindsays 3 years ago and has built up excellent commercial property expertise with a particular focus on development and investment work. She has a wealth of experience in advising clients on the many complex legal and commercial issues which can arise in today\'s deals. Gregory joined Lindsays in early 2004, having previously worked at Anderson Strathern and Tods Murray. Gregory\'s credentials in banking, particularly secured lending / property finance, fit perfectly with the firm\'s commitment to providing strong specialist skills to a variety of clients in the banking sector. Elizabeth Horsfall, Pamela Woodman and Peter Sinclair are being promoted to Senior Associate status: Elizabeth has been with Lindsays’ Litigation group for 9 years and has wide ranging experience with particular expertise in relation to residential tenancies. Elizabeth has also assumed responsibility for training more junior members of the group. Pamela started her career at Maclay Murray & Spens and joined Lindsays’ Commercial Property group in 2002. She is a very experienced commercial conveyancer and has been involved in many of the group\'s key transactions. She recently dealt with the complex legal documentation associated with the firm\'s acquisition of its new head office premises at Caledonian Exchange, Edinburgh. Peter Sinclair joined Lindsays\' Corporate & Technology group in 2002 having previously worked in both Edinburgh and London. Peter specialises in corporate finance, joint ventures, corporate mergers, acquisitions and investment transactions and advising a wide range of clients on company law.
