Top law firm Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace (RCCW) have appointed a new partner due to increased business in the company’s Private Client Department. Erlend Flett, former partner with another established Aberdeen law firm, brings over 30-years experience to his new post. Flett will be based at the firm’s Albyn Place office, in Aberdeen. He will specialise in trusts, executories and tax planning. Joining him at RCCW is an experienced team of three colleagues from his previous employer. His collegues are executory administrator, Katrina Beaton, who has worked with Flett for over 17-years, PA Pamela Lawrie, who is very experienced as a legal secretary and also Jackie Reid who has seven years experience as a solicitor. Flett – who is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) – stated: “Raeburn Christie Clark & Wallace is a well established firm and I am delighted to be joining the Private Client Department.” He has also said to be looking forward to “the new challenges the job will bring,” and with his team he is “looking forward to working with both new and existing clients.” RCCW Managing Partner, Mike Taylor was delighted to announce the company’s latest appointment.
