Paull & Williamsons has appointed two new partners at its Aberdeen offices, strengthening the commercial property and employment law departments.
Geoff Clark, a specialist in employment law, and John Strachan, a specialist in commercial property, have each been with the firm for seven years, both having been recruited in October 1999.
Clark advises on all areas of employment law and regularly represents employers in Employment Tribunal proceedings, including cases relating to unfair dismissal, breach of contract and discrimination. He also has wide experience handling the employment law aspects of corporate transactions and advises employers on the implications of forthcoming legislation.
In the property services group, Strachan provides legal advice for clients on landlord and tenant matters, commercial development, land acquisitions, and disposals of investment properties. John also provides specialist advice to clients in the construction industry.
