Early next year The Firm is set to publish a feature profiling the very best in Scottish advocacy with a definitive guide to the leading young advocates and solicitor advocates currently practising in Scotland.
To this end we are currently inviting all instructing solicitors and law firms to nominate who they feel are the leading advocates under the age of 40 who are already leading the field or promise to do so in the years to come.
Qualities we are particularly looking for include ease of instruction, quality of prep work, general court style, quality of argument and cross examination, and their skill in building a case.
So if you currently work with or regularly instruct an advocate that you think should be recognised then please email your nomination to gordon.laing@carnyx.com by the deadline of 15 December.
Nominated advocates and solicitor advocates will be contacted by The Firm in the new year for further information.
