The former director of marketing for Bishops has joined Morton Fraser. Marion Ballantyne joined Bishops in February 2004 after working at Scottish Enterprise. She continued to work with Brodies following the Bishops/Brodies merger, however she left the firm in December 2006. For the last three months she has been working as a communications advisor in the Punjab area of Pakistan on VSO-sponsored HIV and AIDS projects. At Morton Fraser Ballantyne will fill the shoes of former marketing chief Debbie Entwistle, who left to join Tods Murray in 2005. Ballantyne said: “I am delighted to have joined Morton Fraser as they have a genuine commitment to delivering the kind of customer service and quality you would tell your friends about. The firm is also big enough to be involved in some exciting major projects but has managed to retain a great culture as a place to work.”
