Morton Fraser has been successful in their bid to be included on the panel which provides legal services to the Scottish Executive.
The appointment was made following a competitive tender exercise to be on the panel of firms supplying legal services to the Office of the Solicitor of the Scottish Executive (OSSE). Morton Fraser have been on the OSSE panel since the first tendering exercise in 2003 and provided advice on the spectrum of legal issues which face the Executive.
Duncan Murray, who leads Morton Fraser’s Public Sector team said he was delighted that the firm had been successful in continuing to represent the Executive, “We are very pleased to have been selected as part of the OSSE panel,.
