Robert Swanney, senior partner at Digby Brown Solicitors commented: "Whilst the partners are sorry to see Graeme step down as managing partner, they are very grateful for his diligent and determined approach, his strategic vision and his important contribution as managing partner.  This has created a strong and successful foundation upon which the firm can build. We believe that our new management structure will enable us to successfully meet our clients' needs and achieve our business objectives for the future."
