Tods Murray has announced the promotion of David McLean to Associate in the firm's Litigation Department.

McLean is a member of both the Tods Murray commercial litigation and dispute resolution team and of the construction team. 

McLean was recently involved in the House of Lords case of Moncrieff v Jamieson [2007] UKHL 42; 2007 SLT 989 which is recorded as one of the most significant cases to have been decided in relation to Scots property law for some time.
