Johnston Clark,the Managing Partner of Blackadders LLP in Dundee have adopted a new management structure and has chosen its Management Board to lead the firm.

The Management Board consists of the Heads of the main departments in the firm. Donald Hutcheson has been elected as Chairman of the firm for the next 3 years and his role includes the responsibility for its strategic direction.

Managing Partner, Johnston Clark said “We are making these changes for sound and progressive reasons. The changes to our structure secure a strategically focused senior management team, able to respond to change and ensure that the firm is best placed to continue to meet the needs of our clients”. 

Donald Hutcheson added “This is an important step forward for Blackadders. The firm is doing well, in uncertain economic times, and these changes will allow us to progress efficiently, secure the firm’s future and maintain the excellent quality of service we give to our many clients.”

The managemment board members are Donald Gordon, Head of Private Client, Lindsay Darroch, Head of Property Services, David Milne, Head of Commercial, Craig Samson, Head of Litigation and Keith Thomson, Director of Financial Services. The firm has also created a new post of Chief Executive Officer and Murray Davidson, Operations Director, will take up the position with immediate effect.
