Your Conveyancer has launched Solicitors Conveyancing Services, an online conveyancing process to assist residential property solicitors across the local area. It is part of a radical long term startegy promoted by the firm's principal, Kyle Peddie, who believes that cooperation, rather than competition, is the way forward for conveyancing firms.

Your Conveyancer have reported a 24% increase in new instructions for residential sales, purchases and remortgages for the first quarter of 2008 compared to the same period last year. The company also reported a 6.8% increase in turnover for the first quarter of 2008 and an 11% increase in profit.
